- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Free, interesting. Tour is great but does not suit small children. Tour is really for adults only as the information they give is really over the heads of small children. The Koala-seum is great, very interactive. Best to take children any time except to the tour at 3pm as a lot of the kids that were there got very bored, there is a lot of standing around learning about koalas and only a few koalas visible which we saw for a couple of short periods during the overall tour. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My favourite thing in Port Macquarie. We travelled up the East Coast and this is one of the few "touristy" things we did. The 3pm guided talk was really informative and I adored seeing these beautiful little guys get their medicine and some lovely leaves to eat. You don't pay to go on the talk but it was so enjoyable I ended up spending $35 in the gift shop. Worth a visit.Paris GoodwinDecember 24, 2016
